SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Delivery times & rates
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
— Standard delivery: 6–12 business days — £3.95
— FREE standard delivery on all orders of £49.95 and above (2+ plushes)
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. During busy periods (holidays, promotions), delivery may take slightly longer.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you automatically when your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
Wrong address
If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering at contactrunny@gmail.com and we will correct it. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit (no delivery wited, contact us and we will send a free replacementor issue a full refund — your choice.
